Every estate is different. Some homes are ready to list; others need months of coordination. The goal is to reduce the number of loose ends the family has to manage while keeping decisions, responsibilities and communication clear.
I provide real estate services and coordination. Legal, tax and estate-administration advice remains with the estate’s lawyer, accountant and other qualified professionals.

Understand the estate and the property
Start with the people involved, the home, timing, access, existing documentation and the decisions that need to be made.
Coordinate with the professionals
Work alongside the estate’s lawyer, accountant and other approved advisors so the real estate process follows the estate’s direction and timing.
Build a plan for the home and contents
Assess what should be repaired, cleaned, packed, stored, donated, removed, staged or handled through a third-party estate sale or auction service.
Prepare and position the property
Coordinate access and trusted service providers, then develop pricing, presentation, photography, marketing and launch strategy.
Manage the sale
Handle showings, communication, offers, negotiation, conditions and the details that need to move between the family and the professionals involved.
Coordinate through closing
Keep the real estate tasks organized through the final walkthrough, closing logistics, property handoff and remaining service-provider coordination.
Managing from a distance
You do not need to live nearby to keep the estate moving forward.
I can coordinate access, trades, cleaners, movers, staging, photography, showings and other real estate logistics locally, with regular communication to the executor and family.
Where specialized services are required, I can coordinate with appropriate third-party providers selected or approved by the estate.
